I recently has a reflexology session with Celina which was amazing. She believes in educating her clients and tells you what she finds every step of the way. She does this so you understand what she is discovering about your body and the messages it is sending through this process of reflexology. I was referred to her by someone I knew who was telling me about the fact Celina was able to reveal things about their body that she only could have known from the reflexology session because they had never told her anything prior to that. I had a similar experience with my session. This was evidence enough for me that reflexology speaks about what is going on in our bodies. Celina is also an instructor at a nearby college teaching others so education is in her belief system and I find that an attribute that adds value to her services. She knows and understands the process not only of her therapies but how that relates to her clients. I'm certainly glad I listened to my intuition and made an appointment with her after hearing someone else rave about her work.

I'm a mother of 5, and sometimes (most of the time) feel overwhelmed with all that I have on my plate. Well, yesterday morning I had my first massage, ever. Then I went home to clean my disaster of a house, from top to bottom, because I was hosting a large church group. And I was SHOCKED that I didn't get stressed, or crabby at my kids as they made messes right behind me...I just went about my cleaning, feeling super calm and I kept relating my feelings to the massage I had earlier that day. This might just be what this stressed out-crazy momma needs, to feel more grounded and "less-crazy" Thanks Celina, I look forward to my next appointment.

I had the opportunity to attend training for Reflexology Certification with Celina this weekend: WOW! I am SO impressed with the level of training and the amount of information that was given! After the weekend I feel ready to add this to my practice and help with healing more clients. Reflexology is AWESOME! I highly recommend this training for any massage therapist AND anyone who is interested in healing! Great for nurses, pedicurist, parents, care givers or anyone!

I just wanted to add a couple things to my previous comment. Once in a while you come across a person who is always striving to learn more and do more--Celina is that person. In addition to treating patients, she is a massage therapy instructor. She already has a lot of expertise, but she's so motivated to be doing/learning more. Plus, she gave us a lot of resources to check out so we could learn more about craniosacral therapy and understand it more. She is the best!

Celina has been doing Craniosacral Therapy on my son. We have been so impressed by Celina--her passion and professionalism are remarkable! She also is wonderful and very patient with children, and I feel that she truly cares about how my son is doing. Both my husband and I are in the health care field, and appreciate that Celina is so knowledgable. We would recommend her to anyone!

My son had his first session of Craniosacral Therapy with Celina on Wednesday. It was an interesting experience, for him and for me. He was a chatter box through the session.
That evening he opened up to me a little more about things he was holding inside, things he didn't know before how to express to me. He had the energy that he used to have before we moved to Elk River. In the past year, bedtime has been a struggle. He was the one to turned off the lights, locked up the house, made sure the kitchen was cleaned up, and came to say good night to me at 9pm.
His counselor has noticed a difference as well. He was more willing to listen about why he was going to counseling. He was able to express his feelings about the things he was experiencing in his life. These are things he was never able to talk about before or understand.
His counselor and I talked about how the combination of Craniosacral Therapy and counseling can be so helpful to people like my son.
He is looking forward to future sessions with Celina!

Had the opportunity to experience reflexology at our MOPS spa night tonight. Amazing what a little foot work will do. Tonight was the first night in a LONG time (seems like years, but for sure months) that my foot didn't feel like a club. I've tried many different things for my plantar faciatis, and reflexology gave me instant relief. Next time, I'll have to be sure to have enough time for you to work both I don't feel lopsided ;0).

I wanted to also say "thanks" for having us come to your infant massage class last year! It's been 1 year ago that Logan got his tubes in and between that and the massages, he hasn't had an ear infection or sinus infection since. What a relief!!!!! I certainly does work and I've been telling lots of people about it. You are simply AMAZING at what you do!!!!!!! :)
